Debi’s journey into the world of property management began in New Zealand, working for a large, well known, family owned, real estate company.  She started as a Frontline Administrator but it wasn’t long until she joined the property management team, working as a Letting Specialist, before transitioning into a Property Portfolio Manager role.

Four and a half years ago she made the move to Perth, where she has thrived as a Senior Property Manager for the past four years before taking on a role with Abel Property as a Business Development Manager.

Debi’s approach to property management is founded on a blend of passion, professionalism and transparent communication. She is committed to fostering positive and long lasting relationships with both owners and tenants, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention so owners and tenants enjoy a positive and stress free property management experience.  Debi has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and exceptional customer service to offer. She has a diverse skill set and prides herself on staying up to date with the ever evolving rental market trends and regulations.

When not at work you will find Debi spending time with her family who have followed her from New Zealand, including her grandchildren Sahara and Shayde.
