Julia has spent more than 15 years in strata management, and she knows the industry from nearly every angle. Her career has taken her through reception, property management, sales and office management, so she understands what owners, tenants and committees each are dealing with. Along the way, she has built experience in customer service, teaching and small business, which is where her practical, no-fuss approach comes from.

As our Senior Strata Manager, Julia is known for the relationships she builds and the advice people can trust. Whether it’s a committee meeting or a tricky question from an owner, she brings real-world experience and a calm, steady hand to every community she looks after.
