About Tania

With over four years of experience in the real estate industry, Tania has grown through a variety of roles, from receptionist and leasing administrator to sales and marketing support. Her journey has taken her through both residential and commercial real estate, helping to round out her skill set and giving her a strong understanding of the wider property landscape.


Now, Tania is thrilled to be part of the Abel Property team as Sales Administrator and Assistant Operations. Since starting in March 2025, she has truly felt at home. She loves how dynamic and engaging her role is and enjoys staying busy while supporting the sales team and assisting across operations.


What makes Abel Property special to Tania is the people. From day one, she felt welcomed into a team that is warm, supportive, and genuinely fun to be around. The office energy is light, happy, and playful. Everyone knows how to have a laugh, but the work always gets done. It’s a positive environment and the kind of place you actually look forward to coming to each day (and the morning coffee runs with the team don’t hurt either!).


One thing Tania enjoys sharing is how many different roles exist behind the scenes in real estate. There is so much more to the industry than just selling houses. From admin and marketing to operations and leasing, it truly takes a full team to make everything run smoothly.
