As the Director and Licensee of Abel Property Rentals, Jo-Ann works closely with both local and international clients to ensure the success of their investment. Hailing from a design background and having operated her own direct marketing business servicing Australia, New Zealand and her homeland of Africa, she has a trained eye for detail and quality control. Jo-Ann also has a superior understanding of the common challenges and opportunities faced by landlords and homeowners, from finding the perfect tenant to staging a home for sale.

Jo-Ann is proud to see Abel Property grow – personally and professionally. Outside of work, Jo-Ann loves spending time with her family – in particular her grandchildren, husband and travel partner Adrian, and her adorable staffy Pumba. She can also be found tending to her garden and flower arrangements. ‘My passion is God, family, designing flowers, planting blooms, and growing food!’
