Abel Property’s outstanding reputation was built during our time as Abel McGrath Leederville and Abel McGrath Subiaco. As co-founder of Abel McGrath 13 years ago, Adrian Abel has spearheaded phenomenal growth off the back of record sales successes, the provision of exceptional property management service, and recognition as a workplace of choice in the property industry. We are proud of what was achieved through Abel McGrath. Now it is time for a fresh approach.
We love what we do. We serve our clients by finding quality buyers and tenants the perfect letterbox to attach balloons to, the place to raise their children and host dinner parties. To laugh, cry and grow, and generally do life. And we work tirelessly to ensure our sellers and landlords achieve the best price possible for the home they are handing over. We do this via strategic marketing, great relationships and good old-fashioned round the clock hard work. We take pride in our business and every day teaches us how to be even better. I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it what I can.
